This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed at WingFung store, operated by Yong Feng Hong Kong Trading Co., Limited (Hong Kong). By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and fully agreed to all terms set forth below.

1. 7-Day Unconditional Free Return

You are entitled to a 7-day unconditional return period starting on the date you receive your parcel. Within these 7 calendar days, you may apply for a return or full refund without providing any reason, provided the returned goods meet all return criteria set out in Clause 2.

 

2. General Return Eligibility

All returned items must satisfy all the following standards to be eligible for return, exchange or refund:

1. The goods are unused, unwashed and unaltered, free of scratches, stains, odors and man-made damage;

2. Original packaging, product tags, labels, matching accessories and gift boxes are intact and unremoved;

3. The product is not a clearance item, personalized custom product, intimate hygiene product or perishable item (the above categories are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances).

 

3. Return & Exchange Application Process

1. Contact our customer service via jinda123321@outlook.com within the valid return period, and state your order number together with your return or exchange request;

2. Our support team will send you a formal return authorization and designated return address within 2 working days;

3. Do not send back items without prior authorization from us, otherwise we reserve the right to reject your returned parcel;

4. You shall bear all shipping fees for sending goods back to our warehouse. Return shipping costs incurred from 7-day unconditional returns will not be reimbursed.

 

4. Refund Processing Rules

1. After we receive and inspect the returned goods and confirm they fully comply with all return standards, we will initiate your refund within 3 to 7 business days;

2. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment account. The actual arrival time of funds depends on the processing efficiency of your payment provider;

3. If inspection finds the returned goods are damaged, incomplete or fail to meet return requirements, we will reject your refund application, and you shall cover all shipping charges to send the parcel back to you.

 

5. Exchange Terms

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color or style, you may submit an exchange request within the 7-day unconditional return window. You shall bear all shipping costs for both the outgoing replacement and returned original item.

 

6. Handling of Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective or wrongly delivered goods, please provide clear photo or video evidence to our customer service within 48 hours after receipt. We will arrange free reshipment, full refund or free exchange at our sole discretion, and all relevant shipping fees will be covered by us.

 

7. Non-Returnable Product Categories

The following products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

1. Personalized custom-made products;

2. Intimate hygiene products, facial masks and disposable cosmetics;

3. Clearance, flash sale and final-sale discounted goods clearly marked non-refundable;

4. Perishable food and liquid products that cannot be resold once opened.
